We are open again with rooms with breakfast and cuisine upon advance reservation. Here are some useful information to enjoy your stay at best.

BOOKINGS AND ONLINE CHECK-IN 📱
We will continue to demonstrate maximum flexibility in reservations. Until the end of September 2020 you can book business stays and holidays without advance payments or credit cards as guarantee, and with the peace of mind to modify or cancel the stay, at no cost, up to 3 days before your arrival. The day before the reservation, you will receive by email the instructions to check in online and make your arrival more fluid and faster. To agree on any need, we are available as always at 349 +39 349 69 87 953 also via WhatsApp.

IN COMMON AREAS 🌳
We sanitize all spaces and carry out thorough cleaning. We treat the surfaces with alcohol, in particular the support surfaces, the door handles and the lift. In the common areas, near the entrances, in the corridors on the floors and in the garden near the barbecue, you can find gel disinfectant hands available. The cards to open the rooms are disinfected at each departure. Wear the mask in the common areas, keep the safety distances (at least 1 meter), disinfect your hands frequently, do not use the lift in a group.

IN THE ROOMS 🛌
The room is sanitized with steam treatment at each departure. A third white sheet replaces the bedspread and is changed at every departure. For cleaning, the protocols proposed by the World Health Organization and trade associations are respected.

You can choose not to rearrange the room during your stay, we will recognize you a small discount on the daily rate. 

NEW BREAKFAST! ☕️🍞🥐🍎
At the time of booking and until the evening before, you can choose the breakfast served 🍽️or a breakfast bag 🛍 to be consumed in the room or to be taken away.

BREAKFAST BAG 🛍
The breakfast bag includes a fruit juice, a slice of home made cake or a portion of biscuits, seasonal fruit. The bag can be consumed in the room or you can take it with you to your destination. The breakfast bag cannot be consumed in the common areas on the ground floor and in the garden, which are spaces dedicated to those who choose the served breakfast, instead.

The breakfast bag is a good solution for those who leave early or wake up late! From 7.30 to 9.30 you can add a take away hot drink (coffee, barley coffee, cappuccino, tea or infusions, agreed via WhatsApp) to the breakfast bag for free.

BREAKFAST AT THE TABLE 🍽️
If you choose the served breakfast, we will prepare a table for you, well spaced from the others, on the veranda, in the garden or in the rooms on the ground floor. We will bring breakfast to the table, wearing a mask. The breakfast served includes: coffee, barley coffee, cappuccino, tea or infusions, fruit juice, a slice of the dessert of the day or a portion of biscuits, yogurt with homemade granola by Michela or other organic cereals, fresh fruit. Different recipes with our eggs produced from hens of rare breeds, cold cuts and cheese are ordered à la carte, which you can also request upon your arrival and which we will send you via links on WhatsApp. If you follow special diets or diets, contact us to agree on the most suitable breakfast together, we can customize both the breakfast served and the breakfast bag with gluten free, diary free or other options.

CHECK OUT AND PAYMENTS 💳💶📄 On departure, leave the bedroom windows open in order to help the change of air before the waitresses enter the floors. As always, you can pay in cash and with major credit cards, even contactless, in person and collect your receipt or invoice. Whenever possible, when booking we can arrange a remote payment to make departure and stay in the common areas faster.
