Use of Common Areas and Parking
You can use the common areas, rooms, and garden to spend time with your family, colleagues, or make friends with other guests. Fresh water and a kettle for a hot drink are always available at no extra cost, but if you’d like a more complete snack, feel free to ask, and we can prepare it for you. There is a bar & snack menu from which you can choose.
There is always a play area set up for children. Children can color, read books, create stories, and play with the toys we have provided. They can also play outside in the garden, respecting plants and animals. Children must always be accompanied by an adult in common areas, rooms, the pool, and the elevator.
Ca’ de Memi is not responsible for theft or loss of items left unattended within the property or in your car.
Parking is free and unsecured: there are no particular risks, but we still advise you to lock your cars and not leave valuable items in plain sight.
Remember to respect the environment, equipment, and furniture: if you notice something broken or not working properly, please report it immediately for prompt replacement or maintenance.
We also ask you to be respectful of the environment, garden, plants, and animals and to minimize waste and garbage.
Recycling
Our municipality has an active and mandatory recycling program, which we scrupulously follow. Recycling includes all types of waste: paper, glass, plastic, dry waste, organic waste, used oils, bulky waste, electronic and special waste, batteries. Organic waste is disposed of directly by us in a dedicated composting area. If you need to dispose of potentially polluting and dangerous materials (e.g., batteries), do not throw them in the general waste in the room but give them to the Hosts.
Room Cleaning
Room cleaning is done daily, except on Christmas (December 25), Easter, August 15, and New Year's Day (January 1). Linen and towel changes are scheduled every 4 days. If you want to change towels more frequently, please place them on the floor or in the bidet.
You can request extra cleaning and linen supplies for an additional fee.
You have chosen a vacation in close contact with nature, help us respect and protect the environment by limiting water and electricity consumption. Help us protect the environment also by avoiding excessive use of detergents and stain removers: try not to stain linens with makeup residues, colored oils or creams, non-washable pens or markers. Bathrooms are equipped with courtesy sets and hairdryers.
Use of Electronic Devices
By choice, rooms do not have TVs.
However, all guests have and bring with them one or more electronic devices. We ask you to use them only as necessary and at a volume that respects the peace and harmony of the environment, especially during rest times: from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
In common areas, use headphones and if you need to make a call, find a secluded spot.
Try not to use your phone at the table and during breakfast to enjoy your meal peacefully and with a smile towards the people sharing the room with you!
Internet
It is possible to connect to the internet inside the accommodation and in the pool/garden area. Wi-Fi is free with a password provided at check-in.
Pool
Our Pool in the Garden is open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, from May to October.
