PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION WE COLLECT
On every occasion of contact or interaction with the guest and in all other aspects of our work, we will collect personal information that you will voluntarily communicate to us, in person, on the phone, via email, via social media, with messaging systems. There are many ways to get in touch with a hotel today!
Some of the information we process is collected for reasons of public security (we must notify the police of all guests' personal data by law), for reasons of public statistics (we must compile the data in the C59 models for the Province in aggregate form) and in tax substitutes (we must collect the tourist tax on behalf of the state and communicate the related aggregate data to the Federation of Municipalities of Camposampierese).
We know that a lot of this information is valuable to you and for this reason we feel we have a great responsibility: it is right to manage the data with transparency, with ethics and with the great confidentiality that comes with this job.
The personal information we process may include:
name, surname, address, origin, telephone number, e-mail address
information about your partner, your family or the group you are traveling with

personal characteristics, nationality, passport number and date and place of issue

other types of information you choose to provide to us
Furthermore, in some circumstances, we also collect other personal information, for example:
Event profiles: if you plan to organize an event with us, we will take into account the specifics of the event or meeting, the date, the number of guests, details on any guest rooms and, for company events, information on your organization (company name, VAT number, any other company information you release to us). Information from the newsletters we send: MailChimp, like any newsletter management platform, gives us information on who opens the newsletter and clicks on the links; we use this information to understand if we have written interesting things and if our events are of interest to those who follow us.
We do not automatically subscribe customers to the newsletter and we don’t purchase email addresses: if you receive the newsletter it is because you have registered on the site or you have asked to be entered verbally or by completing the newsletter subscription sheet that is sometimes present at our events or when you are a tour operator or organizer of business or leisure events and we have already worked together.
If you do not want those who send you a newsletter to know that you have opened it, read the newsletter without downloading the images; if you don't want your clicks on the links of a newsletter to be tracked, copy the links, even better if from the text-only version, and open them directly in the browser. You can stop receiving the newsletter at any time, via the link at the bottom of each message. We cannot manually enter those who canceled, Mailchimp (rightly) does not allow it: if you want to re-subscribe, you must do it yourself from the site form.
Sending a Curriculum Vitae: If you decide to send an application for employment or collaboration via e-mail to Ca ’de Memi, you authorize us to manage the data and information contained in the e-mail and in the CV that you have attached, for the sole purpose of search and selection.
